I found this idea (and a ton of other ideas) over at The Activity Idea Place. It's a really quick and easy science experiment that actually held Ava's attention for quite awhile. All we needed to do was put a little milk into a bowl, and place a few drops of food coloring in different spots. Then we dipped a toothpick into dish soap and into the milk and watched the colors swirl around.
